Comeback complete as Lens defeat Paris FC 2-1
Ligue 1 action at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis in Lens, played in steady rain at 11 degrees in front of 37,819 spectators, saw Yannick Cahuzac's Lens come from a goal down to beat Paris FC 2-1. Paris FC, set up in a 4-2-3-1 under Liam Rosenior, struck just before the interval and threatened to protect their advantage, but second-half substitutes Thorgan Hazard and Florian Thauvin turned the game around, with the two combining for both Lens goals — Thauvin finishing the 63rd-minute equaliser and then providing the assist for Hazard's 83rd-minute winner. Thauvin was later named Player of the Match with a rating of 8.6, while Hazard's impact from the bench earned him 8.1.
