OGC Nice predicted XI v Le Mans: Axel Witsel to start for Olivier Pantaloni’s side

Axel Witsel is set to start for OGC Nice when they host Le Mans FC at the Allianz Riviera on Saturday night. The veteran midfielder is set to be partnered alongside academy product Djibril Coulibaly in the midfield.

There are still plenty of absentees in the centre of the park for Nice. Morgan Sanson and Hicham Boudaoui are yet to return to full fitness, whilst Laurent Abergel is a more long-term absentee, having suffered an ACL injury in pre-season. It means that another academy graduate, Everton, is also a candidate for a place in the starting XI.

There could be a debut at left-back for Niels Nkounkou. Mohamed Amoura has also been included in the squad following his late move to Le Gym but he is not expected to start against Le Mans tonight.
