Čvančara close to joining Czech side on loan

Reports emerging this evening suggest the Gladbach forward is close to a temporary exit.

According to Sky Germany, Borussia Mönchengladbach forward Tomáš Čvančara is close to joining Czech top-flight side Hradec Králové on loan.

A verbal agreement has reportedly been reached between the two clubs over a one-year loan deal, with no option to buy included. Čvančara is expected to travel for a medical on Thursday before completing the move.

The Czech international spent last season on loan at Antalyaspor and Celtic, scoring three goals in 20 league appearances combined for the two clubs.
