Bayern Munich and Liverpool have reportedly joined Borussia Dortmund in the hunt for LOSC Lille's Mathias Fernandez-Pardo.

BVB were first to take interest in the striker a few weeks ago, but now the competition has increased for the 21-year-old.

Furthermore, a handful of other unnamed Premier League clubs have also set their sights on the Belgian international.

However, much to Dortmund's concern, Lille's asking price for Fernandez-Pardo, who is under contract with them until 2029, is staggering.

The French first-division club values the top talent at €70million – a sum that Borussia Dortmund will likely find impossible to pay.

Recently crowned double champions Bayern may also struggle, given they were priced out of Anthony Gordon who joined FC Barcelona.

It's quite possible that the financially powerful opposition from England will have the necessary capital to sign the youngster.
