Eintracht Frankfurt monitoring 1.FC Magdeburg striker Zukowski

The 24-year-old found the net 17 times during the most recent 2.Bundesliga campaign.

Polish journalist Mateusz Borek on Kanal Sportowy has reported that Mateusz Zukowski has caught the eye of Eintracht Frankfurt.

The striker has one of the most remarkable rises at 1.FC Magdeburg since signing for €250,000 from Slask Wroclaw in 2025.

Providing 17 goals and 3 assists in 21 games, Zukowski practically single-handedly secured Magdeburg's survival in the second division.

Now, having garnered such attention after a wonderful season, the 24-year-old is said to be top of the Hessen club's shortlist.

Zukowski's supposed fee could even surpass the €4million that Martijn Kaars brought in with his summer move to FC St. Pauli.
