Bayern planning meetings with Anthony Gordon's representatives

Bayern Munich are reportedly planning to hold meetings with representatives of Newcastle United winger Anthony Gordon, as they look to step up their pursuit of him.

As reported by several outlets earlier this month, Bayern Munich are lining up a move for Newcastle United winger Anthony Gordon.

According to Belgian transfer journalist Sacha Tavolieri, writing for the Swiss edition of Sky, the England international has told those close to him that he is open to a move to the German champions at the end of the season.

To advance their pursuit, Bayern are planning to meet Gordon’s representatives in the coming weeks, as per the report.

Before potentially approaching Newcastle, who are said to be open to negotiations, Bayern want to ensure common ground can be reached with the 25-year-old’s camp.

Gordon has scored 17 goals and provided five assists in 46 appearances across all competitions this season.
